How does the unlimited package work?

The unlimited offer allows you to view all the racing videos on the EQUIDIA VIDEO website over 3 months for €30.

I already have an EQUIDIA VIDEO account and I purchased a standard package. What will happen if I purchase an unlimited package?

You can subscribe for an unlimited package even though you already have a standard package. In this event, the unlimited package will take effect on the day of purchase and any remaining video credit will be suspended. You will be able to access your remaining video credit once the unlimited package comes to an end.

I have filled in the registration form but cannot log into the site.

Once the form has been filled in an activation email is then sent to the address you specified. In this email you will find a link you have to click in order to validate the account.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours following the registration this may be because of an anti-spam service. If this happens you are encouraged to register again with an email address registered with another provider.

Once the account has been opened what can I access?

Opening a free EQUIDIA VIDEO account you can get access for free to the history of 14 Grand Prix over 3 years.

This free registration is required in order to credit your account to watch any of the 10,000 races .

Does EQUIDIA VIDEO is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux OS?

The EQUIDIA VIDEO website is available and operational for PC and Mac platforms, running Windows, MacOS or Linux.

The videos are encoded using the H264/MP4 technology. You can play them on most of the operating systems as Windows, Mac or Linux.

Does the registration to EQUIDIA VIDEO subject to a fee?

Opening an account with EQUIDIA VIDEO is completely free. To do so you just need to fill out the registration form by clicking on link provided on the left hand side menu and click on the confirmation link located within the email automatically sent to your email address. Afterwards you will get access to the free Quinté+ video as well as the last 3 years Grand Prix.

I have opened and activated my account, how can I access to the paying videos on demand?

Once your account is open and has been activated (by clicking on the link included in the confirmation e-mail), it must be credited to access the pay videos. To do this, log in with your e-mail address and password, then go to the page called "credit" under the heading "My account". You can credit your account with 10 videos (€2), 65 videos (€10), 135 videos (€20), or with a package offering an unlimited amount of videos in 3 months (€30). You will be guided through the steps for payment via the secure method proposed by Crédit Mutuel, and which should be made using a credit card.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

To retrieve your password please click on the link just below the logging fields. Then fill in the form and click on the right hand side button to confirm. Then the password will be emailed to your registered email address.

Does my PMU account allow me to sign in on EQUIDIA VIDEO ?

Your PMU betting account does not allow you to sign in on EQUIDIA VIDEO. To be able to log on EQUIDIA VIDEO and get access to some free videos please register.

As profesional of the horse racing industrie I hold a France Galop and/or Cheval Français account, does it allow me to log into EQUIDIA VIDEO ?

The services are completly independent and your professional account(s) does not allow you to log into EQUIDIA VIDEO. To be able to log on EQUIDIA VIDEO and get access to some free videos please register.

I just watched a paying video, can I watch it again? Shall my video credits be deducted once again?

As soon as you have chose to watch a paying video you can watch it as mush as you want until the end of the following day without paying again.

I get an error message regarding ActiveX, how to do?

Your internet browser does not allow the use of the Active X controls. To update this parameter in Microsoft Internet Explorer please click on: "Tools" tab > "Internet Options" > "Security" tab > "Default level" button or select manually "Medium" in "Security level for this zone" or click on the "Custom level" button and tick "Enable" opposite "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins".
